Osteoporosis an age-related disorder

 Osteoporosis an age-related disorder, resulting to thinning of normal skeletal of bone tissue and decrease bone density with age factors ,leading to increased susceptibility to fractures." Osteoporosis develops very slowly over a period of many years
Early signs of osteoporosis may include:

Joint pains
Difficulty in standing
Difficulty  in sitting up straight.

The stooping position often seen among elderly people is a visible sign of possible Osteoporosis. Women are twice as likely to develop osteoporosis as men.
